Simply check the date of construction that is applied to your pool/spa on your pool registry certificate issued by your local council. Apply that date to the relevant dates stated on the VBA Checklists. This is an invaluable tool as it will allow you to identify and rectify any breaches that you may or may not be aware of prior to a Pool/Spa Compliance Inspection being carried out. This may prevent serious injury or death in the interim.
